Church Mission
Our mission is to raise up disciples who know their identity in Christ, walk in His authority, and fulfill their God-given purpose. We are committed to deliverance, healing, and equipping families to live out the Word of God with boldness and faith.
Our Beliefs
At F8ith City Church, we believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to transform lives. We hold fast to the full authority of the Bible, the necessity of salvation through Jesus Christ, and the call to holiness, prayer, and outreach. We embrace the gifts of the Spirit, the ministry of deliverance, and the importance of walking in covenant relationship with God and one another.
Our History
The vision of F8ith City Church was birthed in May 2016, and after years of preparation, launched on January 1, 2023. Although young as a church body, the ministry of Pastor and Lady Stevens has long been established. Today, F8ith City Church stands as a beacon of deliverance, healing, and hope for the Mauldin community and beyond.

Prophet E. Samuel Stevens, Senior Pastor
Co-Pastor Rev. Andrea D. Stevens
Samuel E. Stevens met his girlfriend, now wife, Andrea Dukes Stevens, in 1993. The two tied the knot in November of 1995 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, and together they were blessed with two beautiful children.
In November of 1996, Pastor Stevens answered the call to ministry, serving faithfully at Mt. Tabernacle Pentecostal Church. Later, in April of 2006, First Lady Stevens also heard the call and pursued her ministry. Through the years, Pastor Stevens remained faithful to God’s call, and in March of 2018 he was elevated to Pastor of St. James Pentecostal Church in Greenville, SC.
The journey brought triumphs, frustrations, and responsibilities, yet Pastor and Lady Stevens set their faces like flint to follow Christ’s footsteps. In May 2016, God gave them a fresh vision. Then in November 2022, following God’s voice, they stepped out in faith and obedience to begin a new work. On January 1, 2023, F8ith City Church, Inc. was officially launched in Mauldin, SC.
Though the church is newly established, God has proven His promises. Through this ministry, cancers have been healed, bodies restored, the lame have walked, and demons have been cast out — all for the glory of God.
Those who know Pastor and Lady Stevens describe them as loving, trustworthy, humble, and genuine. Their marriage is an example of unity and godly partnership, and together they live to glorify God in all they do.
